Refund & Return Policy

At A Folded Gift, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade folded books. Your satisfaction is our top priority.


We don't offer or give refunds on custom orders BUT if you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we'll be happy to try to make things right.


We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations

Detailed steps are below but in summary, here's how the process works:

  • For exchanges, contact us within: 14 days of receipt AND
  • Ship item(s) back within: 30 days of receipt
  • For cancellations, please request any cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase


Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will not receive the cost of originally shipping the order. Buyers will also have to pay for shipping any replacement products.


How Returns Work

You can return your item(s) for an exchange by following the steps below:

  1. Notify Us: Send us an email at afoldedgift@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving your item indicating that you would like an exchange.
  2. Ship It Back: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Then, send it back to us at the address provided in our email response. We ask that you initiate your return shipment within 30 days of receipt.
  3. Exchange: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will begin preparing your exchange. Exchanges will only be issued for items of equal value.
