Each book page is individually folded by hand. The method used preserves the pages of the book so if one really wants to read the book, the pages can be unfolded and then re-folded.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Punctuation marks (except a period and comma) count as one letter. For example, the design "Marry Me?" counts as an 8-letter design but the design "Dr.A" counts as a 3-letter design.
• Only the number of letters ordered will be created. For example, if you select a 3-letter design and enter a 5-letter word, only the first three letters of the word will be created.

Processing Times (the time it takes to create your book - does NOT include shipping time):

• Standard - 7 days
• Rush - 3 days

Shipping

All packages are sent via the US Postal Service. Standard processing and handling time is 7 business. Expedited processing and handling time is 3 business days (extra fee). Orders placed after 12pm (MST)will begin processing the following business day. No international deliveries; shipping within the United States only.

Returns

No returns accepted on custom orders and no refunds given for custom orders. For all other orders, please contact us via email within 7 business for returns or exchanges. Customer pays to return items. Refunds will be issued if items are defective or not as described.
